The Priority Principle
I attended a 4-day seminar last week in Scottsdale, AZ.
It's a certification program that requires my attendance for 12 hours each day.
There's no question it was a whirlwind.
Ironically, I felt energized by the busy agenda while maintaining my workouts.
But here I am on Monday morning, feeling exhausted.
I want to take a moment to write about an essential principle for sanity and serenity in your life...
Evaluating your priorities.
It's easy to get caught up in the hurricane of daily commitments and obligations.
Life planning isn't just about managing time.
You must be able to handle your energy, focus, and resources efficiently by identifying what truly matters.
You prosper by allocating your attention to align with your values, ambitions, and desires.
You'll be able to...
*Distinguish between the trivial and important tasks to become more productive.
*Reduce stress with a roadmap with a clear direction to avoid being overwhelmed.
*Have a reliable compass that guides you toward your long-term aspirations.
This will be a personal journey for you...
And it's essential to re-assess your goals as life unfolds and circumstances change.
Take some time to reflect on your intentions and daily behaviors.
This will guide you to enjoy a dynamic life of purpose, influence, and fulfillment.
